Bosch Automatic Coffee Machine CTL636ES6/09

Hopefully someone can help, as I might be able to avoid an expensive engineer visit.

Bosch automatic series 8 built-in coffee machine purchase Dec 2022. Regularly de-scaled and cleaned each time it's been due.

Warranty has now finished and Bosch told me they do not offer ongoing plans for these appliances e.g. with Domestic & General. It's a couple of weeks before the engineer is due.

It basically does not dispense coffee, but goes through all the usual actions and can hear the brewing unit grinding and deposits coffee grounds - just no liquid. It DOES however dispense hot water and milk no issue.

I've just removed the brewing unit, I noticed one of the rubber seals on the spouts has split - will look to replace it. Is there anything else I should check while I am at it?
